Seen in pre-op clinic today. Bloods reviewed: eGFR 52 mL/min, full blood count within normal limits. Surgical consent signed and on file. Pre-operative assessment completed. Anaesthetic review is outstanding and to be arranged before the list. ECG normal.

Plan: proceed once anaesthetic review completed.
